Serving Up Tora
A private catch-and-kai adventure on the wild Wairarapa Coast
Step out of the everyday and into the rhythms of the coast.
Serving Up Tora is an immersive catch-and-kai experience hosted by us here at Tora Collective.
It’s part fishing day, part long-table feast, and mostly about what happens when good people come together around wild kai in a place that still feels raw and untouched.
This isn’t a tour, and it’s not a schedule.
It’s a chance to step into the rhythm of the coast, harvest with intention, and share food that carries the taste of Tora.
At its heart, Serving Up Tora is a culinary experience as much as it is an ocean one: the food is the hero, and everything else flows from there.
Two Nights. Wild Coast. Unforgettable Kai.
The core experience is a private two-night stay for a small group, designed around one full day of gathering and feasting.
You’ll settle into our simple oceanfront bach with panoramic sea views, then spend your time moving between the sea and the table, the tide and the fire.
We host groups of around six guests as our ideal format, but if you’re coming with a bigger crew or celebrating something special, we can shape something custom together.
