In Tora, on the rugged South Wairarapa Coast of New Zealand, we seasonally harvest wild seafood to order, and deliver it overnight straight to your doorstep. That’s right, it’s caught to order and each fish is caught by our hands in Tora, ensuring you know exactly who caught it, when, and where it came from.

We’re committed to delivering the highest-quality seafood, and that’s why we go straight to the source—the ocean. We only harvest your seafood after you place an order, ensuring it arrives live and kicking the following day. This not only guarantees the freshest seafood but also aligns with our dedication to harvesting only what is needed. Our weekly harvests harmonise with nature, adapting to the weather each week to secure your catch.

Each Friday, we post the up-coming catch date on our shop page once we have a good view of the weather for the week ahead. This way you know exactly which date your seafood will be harvested and delivered. You can pre-order for weeks in advance to secure your catch for a particular date: you will be notified in advance exactly which day your seafood will be caught, giving you a chance to cancel change the delivery if the date is not suited.

You'll get a email when we set out to catch your fish. Once in hand, it's promptly packed with ice and seaweed in our eco-friendly package. By 3pm, it's with the courier in Martinborough and on its way to you, to be delivered the very next day.
