CATCH & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Exact catch days, delivery windows and product availability are confirmed every Friday at 12pm for the following week.

Because we work with wild kaimoana and changing ocean conditions, catch and delivery dates weather dependent.

We always do our best to keep the shop page updated and communicate any changes as early as possible.

HOW IT WORKS

1. We confirm the upcoming week’s catch every Friday at 12pm - displayed on the SHOP page. This outlines the planned catch days, delivery windows and product availability for the following week.

2. Select your preferred delivery day for the week ahead OR window for advanced catch’s at checkout.

Please note: If you’re ordering in advance, your order may arrive on either date listed within the selected delivery window unless otherwise specified. Delivery windows are estimates only, catch dates may shift due to weather or ocean conditions.

Example: Tuesday–Wednesday delivery window = your order may arrive Tuesday OR Wednesday, please make sure both suit you if ordering in advance!

CAUGHT TO ORDER

We only harvest what has been ordered. Your kaimoana is caught, packed by hand at our coastal packhouse in Tora and shipped the same day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

URBAN ADDRESSES HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED

We strongly recommend using urban delivery addresses. Customers are responsible for checking whether their address is classified as urban or rural using the NZ Couriers address checker before placing an order.

If your address is classified as rural, don’t sweat, use your nearest NZ Couriers depot or collection point to reduce the risk of delays and perishability.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order as soon as possible. If you are unable to be there to receive your order, you can authorise an unattended delivery or ATL, however responsibility transfers to you once the order has been delivered.

PEAK SEASON & CHRISTMAS ORDERS

During busy seasonal periods — especially Christmas — catch dates, delivery windows and exact sizes can’t always be guaranteed.

Because we harvest to order and work around weather conditions, there may occasionally be delays, reschedules or size substitutions.

If we can’t fulfil your order as planned due to weather, we’ll be in touch as early as possible to arrange a revised delivery date or a refund where needed.
