Welcome to Tora Collective — wild kaimoana, harvested to order from the Tora coast and delivered fresh to your door overnight.

We work around the weather and ocean conditions, so all catch and delivery dates are confirmed weekly.

CATCH & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Exact catch and delivery dates are confirmed every Friday at 12pm for the following week.

You’re welcome to order in advance and select your preferred delivery window at checkout.

Once the week’s weather and catch plan are confirmed, we’ll let you know your exact day it’s coming.

FISHING SEASONS

Crayfish: October 20 – March 31 & May 27 – July 17
Pāua: October 1 – July 17
Kina: October 1 – December 31

CLOSED FOR THE SEASON

Every year from August through October we hang up the wetsuits and leave the ocean alone. The crayfish and pāua are spawning, and that process matters more to us than our business.

It’s not something we’re required to do — just something we think is right.

Back on the water in October, you can place pre-orders for the summer now or just follow along on Instagram @tora_collective in the meantime.
