Welcome to Tora Collective, where your seafood journey starts with the ocean itself. When you place an order with us, we head out onto Tora’s pristine waters to catch it, just for you. Every fish is freshly harvested and carefully packed by hand, and sent straight from our shores to your door overnight. How It Works

1. Select Your Seafood: Choose from our selection of wild kaimoana, including kōura (crayfish), pāua, and whole kina. Minimum Order: $150 for caught-to-order seafood.

2. Choose Your Delivery Date: At checkout, pick the delivery date that works best for you.

3. Caught Fresh to Order:We’ll catch your order, pack it with care, and get it to the courier – all in the same day.

4. Overnight Delivery:Your kaimoana is caught one day, delivered the next, bringing the ocean floor to your door in about 24 hours.

As always, we work around the weather — your delivery will fall on one of the two dates listed for your chosen window, unless specified - so please make sure both suit you!
